Trained and practised across King’s College Hospital and the NHS in the UK, and at Gujarat National Law University back home.

I work with evidence-based approaches, chosen for you rather than applied to you. My particular interest is mood: the low stretches that don’t lift, the anxiety that runs underneath ordinary days.

Trained and practised at B.J. Medical College, the Hospital for Mental Health, and the Gujarat Institute of Psychology.

I focus on personalised therapy that helps you build ways of coping that actually hold up outside the room. A lot of my work has been with people finding their way out of dependence, and with the families around them.

What “trauma-informed” means in practice
